The village

A mountain settlement perched at the foot of Piatra Craiului (~1,000 m), with homesteads scattered across sloping meadows and spectacular views of the limestone ridge — one of the most photogenic villages in the Carpathians.

Getting there

Access from Zărnești, on a mountain road. A classic starting point for hikes in Piatra Craiului National Park.
